Alana De La Garza has gained a following on the television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. In no time she moved to Texas where she pursued a physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long and soon made the move into Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various acting roles, including independent local films and commercials. Despite the small parts she quickly discovered her passion to act. Following her move to New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her debut acting part on All My Children. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played tiny roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. She landed her major role in 2004's short film The Mountain.
